If you would like to have your user data removed form our Online Banking platforms, you can complete the Data Deletion Request form below, send a secure message through Online Banking, or mail a written request to the following address:

Things to know prior to making your request:

  • Online banking access will be removed for all devices; including mobile device and desktop applications.
  • While the majority of your information will be deleted from our Online banking database, some data will be retained. Retained data may include services that were available to you, but it will not retain how the services were used.
  • All activity within Online banking will cease once the data deletion request is processed. This will include Bill Payment transactions, Transfers scheduled, eStatement access, as well as the ability to link Financial Management software to Home Federal Bank.
  • If your account type requires an eStatement you may be changed to an account type that allows a printed statement. A printed statement fee may be charged.
  • Your request may take up to 30 days to process.
  • To request your Online banking access be reinstated, call (318) 841-5330 or visit a branch location convenient for you.
  • By sending HFB the deletion request, you are stating that you understand and agree to the points above.
