Lost or Stolen Debit Card and Fraudulent Activity

Lost/Stolen MasterCard Debit Card or to Report Suspicious Activity on Your Account
To report your debit card lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent debit card activity on your account and need your card cancelled, please stop by your local branch. You may also call us at 318-222-1145 (toll-free 877-674-1145), during our normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For assistance after hours, please call 800-528-2273.  If you file a report with the after-hours contact, please also contact Home Federal on the next business day at 318-222-1145. This will ensure that we have received your report, and it will enable us to guide you in remedying the situation.

If your debit card has been lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, HFB will cancel your current card and order a replacement for you. You will receive a new card in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.

If Your Wallet is Lost or Stolen
In the event that your wallet is lost or stolen, HFB is ready to assist you in protecting your accounts. Simply stop by your local branch, or call us at 318-222-1145 (toll-free 877-674-1145), during our normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Lost or Stolen Checks
After reporting your loss, HFB will assist you with the process of stopping payments on checks and/or closing your account. In order to expedite this process, try to locate your account numbers. Make a list of any outstanding checks that have been written, including the check amounts and check numbers missing. To report checks lost or stolen, stop by your local branch.
